Well I may have just the right solution for you, “Black Friday Turkey Salad”! You may eat it as is or as a sandwich with some lettuce and tomatoes. So whatever your desired preparation may be, trust me this is going to be easy, delicious and healthy. Oh and did I mention its cheap too? You may not even spend a cent if you have the other ingredients on hand already, go on indulge!

4 tablespoons sunflower seeds kernels
¼ cup raisins
1 small apple, cored and diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
