Eggnog Cheesecake

If you are still trying to figure out what to make for dessert today, then I may have a great solution for you. Attention to all eggnog lovers: this eggnog cheesecake recipe is “to die for”! I have yet to try any other better recipe than this one and I assure you it will surely hit the spot!

This is a personal favorite dessert of mine which you may love to try out today or on any other given day as you wish as it will receive high praises from all of your guests and family present in your home. Enjoy and indulge in this classic dessert flavored by eggnog and have a great and joyful day everyone.

Ingredients

For the crust:

1 cup graham crackers, crushed

6 teaspoons white sugar

¼ cup butter, melted

For the filling:

24 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar, white

¼ cup flour, all purpose

¾ cup eggnog

3 whole eggs

6 teaspoons rhum

Pinch of nutmeg

 

Directions

1. Mix together your crust ingredients in a bowl and press tightly in the bottom of a nine inch spring form pan. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

2. Mix the filling ingredients in a food processor then pour in the cooled crust. Bake in a 425 degree F. oven for 10 minutes then lower the heat to 250 degrees F. and bake for 45 minutes or until center is barely firm.
