I guess you may have heard of the word Tagine a lot of times before especially in restaurants and cooking shows. so to make it clear for everyone, a Tagine is a North African dish which is basically stewed on this special cone-shaped earthenware pot which is called a Tagine.
If you haven’t tried eating a Tagine yet, you may be missing a lot as this very flavorful dish filled a blend of some great spices truly make a very satisfying and filling meal. The most common Tagine is the Lamb Tagine from Morocco where Lamb is the choice of protein and is basically stewed with vegetables and chickpeas.
However, to keep everything healthy and light I have made a version using Fish but still keeping all the flavors and spices intact.
