The Turkey can be a hassle to make with the brining and cleaning a whole bird which may need a lot of space, time and effort in your part. But have you noticed what everybody is after when that Turkey is cooked? Yes it is in fact the breast part which is perfectly carved for everyone to enjoy and eat with its delectable gravy and sides.
The advantage of cooking with breasts alone is that it will cook faster and you will have little to no left overs which will be perfect for cleaning up. So grab your Turkey breasts from your local grocery along with the other ingredients I have here and enjoy this fabulous feast without the hassle of preparing and cooking a whole Turkey.
6 – 7 pounds bone in turkey breast
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons mustard
3 teaspoons rosemary leaves
3 teaspoons sage
3 teaspoons thyme
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ piece lemon juice
1 cup white wine
1. Make your herb marinade by mixing together in a bowl your lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, mustard and garlic.
3. Place your turkey breast skin side up in a roasting pan and pour in your white wine
4. Roast your turkey in a 325 Degree F. oven for up to 2 hours until the skin becomes golden and your meat thermometer registers at 165 degrees F. when inserted in the thickest part.
