interesting bread. Thank you Sonia!
Thanks for sharing. I love flat breads very much but I wont let them cool

Here’s a sweet roll recipe that uses *mashed potatoes!* It’s a *CHAMORRO
SWEET BREAD or GUAM SWEET ROLL RECIPE* that has a wonderfully subtle aroma.

Well after all that… you didn’t even tear into one so we could see the
texture of the Bun’s… What a Jip.
Must the container 7:53 be square
A Guam sweet bread recipe you’ll love. It has that subtle, tell-tale flavor
of the Chamorro sweet bread you are used to finding on fiesta tables. This
recipe produces a somewhat dense roll, just the way I remember; it stays
soft and delish for a week sitting on the counter. Watch this video to
learn how to shape homemade sweet Chamorro dinner rolls or homemade Guam
bread. Written instructions at PaulaQ.com.
Thank you so much for this recipe! I tried it today. It is a wonderful
bread. I shared some of them with my nanny and neighbors. Thank you for
your generosity to share this recipe!
Beautiful bread rolls yumo
awesome
After all that work and I mean that was a lot of work, I was sorely
disappointed that you didn’t tear some of those out of the pan and pull one
apart so we could see how delicious it is as you take the first bit. I
don’t have a food fetish where I like watching people eat, I do love to
watch people share what they’ve made by tasting it so we can imagine doing
so ourselves. Darn… after watching this long process, I feel just a tiny
bit let down. They look fabulous and yummy though!
Thank you and god bless you. But it seems a big job to make it .
Looks so yummy! Your family is very fortunate to have you. Thanks for
sharing!
Thanks for sharing, it really yummy and I will try it.
I had a hard time to find the recipe. Here it is if you’re like me not very
good in Computer !!
Set 1:- ½ c. warm water, about 100 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit (very warm to
the touch, but not “ouch hot.”)
¼ c. sugar, 3 envelopes of Active Dry yeast (not Rapid Rise…enevelopes
look the same, but they are different)
Set 2 :- 1 c. mashed potatoes (Boil a medium Russett potato, peel it then
smash it very well. Measure 1 cup.), ½ c. warm, whole milk, 2.5 t. salt
Set 3:- 8 large eggs, warm (Place eggs in a bowl of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
water for 10 minutes if you take the eggs right out of the fridge. Or, you
can simply leave the eggs out overnight in a warm room)
1 ¾ c. sugar, ½ c. unsalted butter from 1 stick of butter that is melted
but not very hot
Set 4:- 9 ½ c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour + 1/4 cup (Use extra 1/4 cup of
flour if dough does not pull away from the container = 1218.75 gm Do not
use generic brand flour)
Set 5:-1 stick soft butter, ½ c. sugar optional !!
Note :- 1/2 stick ( 1/4 cup/56g) butter, 1 stick of butter – 112 gms.
Could I do this with a dough hook? or is it better by hand! I also was
curious could I half this recipe or is it one that is specific to whole
measurements. Still watching hehe
