  1. I’m making this now with a cinnamon bun filling for my mother, so far so
    good. The only set back has been that I live in Costa Rica, and
    I presume the humidity here might be a slight issue because by the time I
    combined the flour and wet ingredients the dough “ball” was still at quite
    a mushy, incredibly sticky stage instead of being a soft dough ball. I had
    to add one and a half cups of flour more to get the right consistency, so
    if anyone watching lives in a very humid place, please keep this in mind.
    I’ll update this in a few hours to let any curious reader know how it
    turned out. C:

  2. Watching this recipe confused me because I’ve seen others make this recipe
    with water instead of milk in the dough, and then glazed it with
    eggwhites… what difference does the milk make in dough? ´╗┐

  12. I tried this recipe yesterday, although it worked out in the end (extremely
    pleased with the results) I struggled to make the dough come together, it
    was so sticky! In the end I must have added another 100g of flour almost
    with all that I used to knead and bring the dough together. Is this normal?
