  1. I’m making this now with a cinnamon bun filling for my mother, so far so
good. The only set back has been that I live in Costa Rica, and
I presume the humidity here might be a slight issue because by the time I
combined the flour and wet ingredients the dough “ball” was still at quite
a mushy, incredibly sticky stage instead of being a soft dough ball. I had
to add one and a half cups of flour more to get the right consistency, so
if anyone watching lives in a very humid place, please keep this in mind.
I’ll update this in a few hours to let any curious reader know how it
    turned out. C:

Update: Turned out great, my mother loved it čśÇ ´╗┐

  2. Watching this recipe confused me because I’ve seen others make this recipe
with water instead of milk in the dough, and then glazed it with
eggwhites… what difference does the milk make in dough? ´╗┐

  3. I’m gonna replace the Nutella with a cinnamon/brown sugar/butter mixture!´╗┐

  4. That is gorgeous and looks so darn good! Ideas are running through my head
of other fillings I could use! Thank you for this!´╗┐

  5. The italian title, awww Titli čśÇ however it has to taste amazing´╗┐

  6. Shouldn’t this be ‘Fiore di Pan Brioche alla Pasta Gianduja’? That’s what
    the Italians call it.´╗┐

  7. A BREAD KITCHEN SPECIAL! This bread has got me really excited and I’m sure
you will be too. With thanks to Doreen Grech for suggesting this.´╗┐

  8. This really is beautiful. It’s my turn to bake this weekend (the Hubbie and
I take it in turns) and I’m definitely going to give this a go! Thank you
    Titli ´╗┐

  9. That is so beautiful! I agree with wildheart5, have many ideas for other
fillings as well. Thank you for sharing!´╗┐

  10. WOW…..just WOW! Thank you ever so much for this wonderful recipe…it
looks amazing and I bet it tastes the same. I’m afraid this will cost me 2
pots of Nutella ; one for the bread and one to spoon out whole. :)´╗┐

  11. I cant think of a fitting adjective to describe this thing of beauty…just

  12. I tried this recipe yesterday, although it worked out in the end (extremely
pleased with the results) I struggled to make the dough come together, it
was so sticky! In the end I must have added another 100g of flour almost
with all that I used to knead and bring the dough together. Is this normal?
    Thanks ´╗┐

  13. Thankyou so very much for ur kind reply… now another favor … can u tell
