I know most of you have tried Italian sausage before and like me I really really love it’s spiciness from the fennel and garlic. It has this distinct taste which I’m sure comes from the ground sage that makes it all true Italian. This recipe on the other hand is great because I have made the Italian sausage into balls with some mozzarella cheese inside and when its cooked to perfection the mozzarella just oozes out to give you that great foodie moment.

Try out this recipe and for sure your family and guests would have more than one or 3 maybe as this may get too addicting for an appetizer, Happy Holidays everyone and enjoy!
